You do not need an account
You can ask Boafo a question without signing in. Chats without an account are not kept. They are deleted within 24 hours at most.
You can choose to sign in with a phone number or email address to save answers, track applications and get notifications.
What Boafo keeps about you
If you sign in, Boafo keeps a small profile: your name, language, region and how to contact you. It does not store your Ghana Card number.
Identifiers are removed before AI sees your question
Before any AI model sees your question, and before anything is written to a log, Boafo removes identifiers such as Ghana Card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, passport numbers and mobile money wallet numbers.
Do not share passwords, PINs or mobile money codes with Boafo or with anyone who says they are Boafo.
Your chats are not used to train AI
Boafo's AI providers do not train their models on your questions.
Analytics
Boafo measures how the service is used without cookies that track you. Where sessions are recorded to find problems, all text is hidden, and recording is switched off on sign-in, identity and upload screens.
If you use Boafo on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by Meta under WhatsApp's business terms. Boafo shows you a notice about this.
Your rights
Boafo follows the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). If you have signed in, you can download or delete your data from your account.
