How Boafo is built to be usable by everyone, and how to report a problem.

Our standard
Boafo aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on the web, and to support the accessibility features of iPhone and Android. This supports our duties under the Persons with Disability Act, 2006 (Act 715).
What we do
- Every page is tested automatically for accessibility problems before it is released.
- We test with screen readers, including NVDA and VoiceOver.
- Pages work at 320 pixels wide and with text enlarged to 200%.
- Keyboard focus is always visible.
- Colour is never the only way information is shown.
- The apps support larger text settings on iPhone and Android, and VoiceOver and TalkBack.
- A low-bandwidth mode turns off images and motion.
